Erasmus+, KA 1 Mobility for youth workers

The main aim of the project In (out) side is to increase capacity of the youth workers to support themselves and youth in a time of transition and to explore practical solutions together, as well as methods and tools for it, to build resilience and connections.
Objectives:
To explore understanding of current transition time;
To explore community requests, trends, needs and required competences of XXI century;
To explore the nature of support and to learn how to support ourselves and youth physically, emotionally and mentally;
To expand knowledge about sustainable living in the frames of health, wellbeing, self- empathy and nurturing, and to develop an attitude towards it;
To increase knowledge about meaningful communication with others and to develop the ability to use it on practice;
To explore the nature of empathy, including empathic listening;
To increase knowledge about compassionate leadership in the youth work;
To improve abilities in balancing care for ourselves and others, and to learn how to give nourishing feedback;
To create a toolbox filled with practical solutions, methods and tools to support youth with whom we are working and to share tools that we already use.

As the result of the project participants will:
Understand components and characteristics of the transition time;
Be able to support ourselves in order to be able to support others, including youth with whom we are working;
Know tools, practical solutions and methods to support youth;
Have an increased sense of empathy;
Be able to communicate meaningfully;
Be able to balance care for ourselves and others, and know how to give nourishing feedback;

Participated countries: Estonia, Denmark, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia and Poland
In (out) side
The project will take place in Estonia on 05-11 October 2021 + travel days
Accommodation
Participants will be accommodated in hotel NOORUS SPA Inn in Narva-Jõesuu (sea side) in double rooms.

Expences regarding accommodation and travel covered within Erasmus+ programme.
